Southern Warehousing & Distribution Ltd is a family-owned and managed public warehousing and distribution company, located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. Southern Warehousing opened its doors in 1986; operating under the management of Pineloch Management Corp.

Initially, Southern Warehousing operated from 2 warehouses; both located adjacent to the main line of the CSX railroad.

With an increase in the warehouse customer base, in 2000, a new warehouse was constructed adjacent to CSX's main line. We currently own and operate over 230,000 square feet of dry storage and over 380,000 square feet of commercial leasing space.

As a public warehousing facility, Southern Warehousing offers dry storage to a diversified list of customers. The ingredient that brings this varied client list to the table is our unique ability to manage large inventories and to respond to individual client's needs promptly and efficiently. We understand that each client has unique needs and the staff listens and responds accordingly.

Our customer list spans local and national customers in the United States and Canada. These customers rely on Southern Warehousing for storage of their products as well as accurate and timely distribution of their inventory to their customers.

All customers are assigned a customer service representative to discuss their needs and arrange for shipping and receiving. These representatives are trained professionals who are in constant contact with our customers via phone, fax, EDI, or the Internet. In addition, our full-service WMS system allows customers online access their inventory at all times.
